Ingredients:

For 4 people :
400 g spaghetti
1 big handful of rocket
100 g small bacon
1 knob of butter
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. Parmesan
salt
pepper

Preparation:

Cook the spaghetti 6 to 7 min in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, rinse the arugula and cook for a few minutes in butter. Book it. In the same pan, sauté the bacon. Drain the spaghetti, then garnish with the egg yolk, bacon, rocket and parmesan cheese. Pepper and serve.
