Pomegranate soup with grenadine

There is "to drink and to eat" in this recipe ... and it is ideal summer! Your little greedy will appreciate, especially with the hint of grenadine.


For 2 desserts

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons sugar
  • 1 C. tablespoon grenadine


Start by scalding the peaches for 10 seconds and then pass them under the icy water to peel them more easily.
Cut them into 2, pit them and cut into cubes.
Bring 25cl of cold sweet water to the boil. Dip the peach cubes and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour everything into a salad bowl. When the mixture is warm, add grenadine and mint.
Let it macerate several hours in the refrigerator before serving.
